Refactoring of the Influencers groups management (Corpus and Influencers Lists)

Manage influencers list V2

Tagging influencers through the Annotation tab of the influencer card is over. The way to “tag” the influencers changed and the process has been simplified.

A dedicated page was created for the Influencer groups management. The page allows to see all created groups, easily change their names, delete groups, check groups attached to an Influencer and more.

The page can be accessed through:

  • The Header > Dots menu > List of influencer link access

Images speak for themselves:

Add a whole Influencers of a group to a corpus

Still through the Influencer groups page, you will have the opportunity to move all the influencers of a group into a Corpus.

As a reminder, corpus can be applied to the following platforms: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Web sources, SinaWeibo.

They can be administered through the Settings section of a Radarly project.

Block or tag multiple selected influencers

Refactoring was also the opportunity to unlock some features in the Influencers page. New behaviors have been released when you select multiple users in the Influencers page.

When you select multiple influencers in the Influencer page you can:

  • Add the selected users to a group
  • Add the selected users to a corpus
  • Block the multiple selected users

Design recast of the influencer cards

The drop down attached to the Influencer cards has been replaced by tabs. This created an easy access to the details attached to the Influencers.

New Filters

A_Range filter

Two new filters have been deployed into the Author’s section of the filter panel. Those filters introduce a new filter based on a “from xx to xx” format.

Range can be applied on 2 criterias:

  • The age of the influencers: I want the influencers who are between 18 to 45 years old

Details of the platforms impacted by the filter:

  • Age filter: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Vkontakte, Sinaweibo

Please note that the age field is not mandatory for all platforms and the information is available according to the privacy policy applied to the social accounts.

On the next screens, find attached a screen of the author’s filter section before and after the production release:

Short link access to the Queries filters

A quick filter has been implemented in the Analytics > Overview page. It allows to easily check the Analytics Details and Pivot Table pages filtered by queries.

The button is displayed on mouseover in the Analytics > Overview page

Verified Author’s filter

We turned on the “Verified Account” filter on new platforms. As a reminder the verified account label is an information provided by the social media platforms.

“Some Pages and profiles have been verified to let people know that they're authentic: If you see a blue badge on a Page or profile, it means that Social platform confirmed that this is the authentic Page or profile for this public figure, media company or brand.”

Verified account filter is available for:

  • Twitter accounts
  • Sina Weibo accounts
  • Vkontakte accounts

WeChat filter in the Listening section

We improved the display of posts coming from WeChat : now you can filter these posts with a platform filter “Wechat”. Also you can filter Wechat influencers in the Influencers page.

Introducing Affects

 What’s an Affect?

An “Affect” is a word or a group of words identified in a post. Affects have been developed for the Topic Map and are also used as another classifier for the Sentiment Analysis on long content (posts above 300 characters).

For each detected “Affect” we will attach a sentiment. This sentiment can be positive or negative. Classification is based on the context attached to the text. The Affects is still in progress, they are available in English only. R&D team’s dealing with powerful optimizations.

Why?

Affects allows the sentiment analysis on long content.

Affects wordcloud

Word Cloud is available in the Keyword tile > Drop Down > Affects

Affects filter

Affects filter has been attached to the filter panel:

CSV post list export

We increased the limitation applied to the number of posts you can export through a CSV file.

  • Previous limit = 10 000 posts
  • New limit = 50 000 posts

Vkontakte posts

We’re managing a new attachment type on VK posts : the audios posts.

Filter’s not available yet but coming soon.

We also cleaned up the Radarly format of the VK posts (multi image / optimized format) :

Social Performance

Add to the bin a post of the Social Performance post list

The Bin has been implemented to the Social Performance posts > Owned media. If you delete a post in the “Social Performance post list” it will be also be deleted from the “Listening post list” and vice versa.

Adding a reminder that deleting a post is an action applied to the project level, not the dashboard.

The trash used for the “Listening post list” and the “Social Performance post list” is the same. You can restore at anytime the deleted post(s).

As reminder, on the next screen, here is how to restore the deleted post. Posts in the bin are deleted in the project automatically every 60 days.

UX / UI & Design improvements

Sign in page available in other languages

The Radarly sign in page has been translated into English, German and Chinese.

The language of the sign in page is based on the browser language. For instance if my browser is in English, the sign-in page is in English, if the browser is in French, the page is in French and so on...

In case we can’t manage the language of the browser, as default the login page is displayed in English.

Splitting emoji and annotation

Since the last version, we make the difference between emojis and annotations.

The split has been applied for the regular mode and the zoomed-in mode of the tile.

As reminder:

  • An emoji is the pictogramme
  • An annotation is the word attached to an emoji

Switch between the Emoji and the Annotation through the selector:

The specific case of the “benchmark only” is managed in the Report Builder

Previously, you could not manage a Report Builder export with the Benchmark section only turned on.

By default, when the Social Performance was composed of a “Benchmark” without “My Accounts” the slides couldn’t be managed.

This limitation has been removed.

Here a project set with a “Benchmark” only:

Here the same project when you want to manage a Report Builder:

Mobile improvement

We patched the Timeline on tablets.

Before, as soon as you used the Radarly timeline on tablets, it crashed the website.

Now, loading is still slow (as the whole app on tablets) but the timeline is not creating errors anymore.

Clear the last downloaded exports

A bin has been implemented in the export drop down. The feature is available in the whole application in the exports drop down.
